Can be made 24hrs a day up until one hour prior to the start time of the Escape Room.

Minimum - 2 people | Maximum - 6 people per room.

Our Escape Rooms are an all ages activity! Children 12 years & under must be accompanied by an adult (19yrs +) in the room.

$33 per player plus 5% GST. Children 5 years and under are FREE! Head to our price page for more details.

Payment is taken at the time of reservation - Cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard & Visa/Mastercard Debit. Sorry no AMEX or Discovery at this time. Cash & Debit available in-store.

No transfers or cancellations can be made to bookings within 24 hours of the reserved time. This applies for all bookings with a group size of under 20 people and will result in no refund, or the credit card on file held will be charged the full amount. See our Group Policies below for 20 people or more.

Team members of Escape! Whistler reserve the right to refuse entry to any participants suspected to be under the influence of any drugs and/or alcohol. A refund will not be provided under these circumstances.

If at any point in the game does our team suspect a participant is being unruly and/or offensive to any object in the room – participants will be asked to leave without refund. If something gets broken, a staff member will review the video footage and if someone was acting inappropriately or aggressively, they may be held accountable and liable for any costs associated with repairing or replacing damaged items.

All cell phones and cameras must be locked up in provided lockers prior to participating in any Escape Room.

All participants must sign a legal release of liability waiver prior to participating in any Escape Room at Escape! Whistler. Participants under the age of 19 must have a waiver completed by their legal parent or guardian. Waivers can be completed at the Escape! Whistler office prior to game, or online at: - click on ‘Sign Our Waiver’ at bottom right of page.

Group Policies the below policies apply to groups of 20 people or more:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking & the remaining 50% is due 5 days prior to the day of the reservation.

Final numbers are required at the time of the final deposit when made five days prior to the reservation. Cancellations or changes to the booking made within five days of the reservation incurs the full cost of the confirmed booking.

Whistler or any of our third-party activity suppliers. Escape! Whistler does not share your information with other companies. Our team is committed to protecting your privacy and using technology with the most powerful and secure online experience possible.

In order to complete your booking or provide you with the information that you request, it will be necessary to ask for certain personal information such as your name and address, telephone number or email address. Escape! Whistler will also require a credit card to make a reservation online.
