Face masks: Please be prepared with your own mask prior to walking into our reception area. As mandated by the Province of British Columbia, face coverings are currently recommended to for indoor activity in public spaces.

Limiting guests in the lobby area: Only one group in at a time.

Reduced operational capacity to ensure no group crossovers in the lobby, and to allow for extra sanitation in the rooms between experiences.

All of our experiences are private and limited to 6 per group.

Hand sanitization stations provided: Each players hands will be disinfected immediately before entry into the room.

Masks and gloves provided on request.

Maintain social distance from those outside of your “bubble”.

Please do not enter if you are feeling unwell, or have traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days.

Barriers have been enforced between guests and staff where applicable.

Contactless payment.

Online Waivers QR Code and WIFI provided.

Enhanced disinfection of stopwatches and radios after each group.

Regular disinfection of door handles, front desk, the plexiglass barrier and other high touch areas.

Staff are required to wear a mask on shift when interacting with guests not behind the plexiglass.
